Ehdot ja säännöt
Varausmaksu, joka on 30 % tarjotusta kokonaissummasta, voidaan vaatia. Varaus vahvistetaan, kun varausmaksu on maksettu. Varausmaksu vähennetään lopullisesta laskusta, joka lähetetään tapahtuman jälkeen. Maksuehto on 7 päivää.
Pienemmille tapahtumille Pelotonissa (alle 350 € tarjous) maksu voidaan suorittaa etukäteen tai tapahtuman jälkeen. Pyynnöstä voidaan tarjota QR-koodilinkki yrityksen MobilePayhin maksamisen helpottamiseksi.
Hinta sisältää perussiivouksen. Jos tarvitaan erikoissiivousta (esim. tekstiilien tai verhojen pesu), asiakkaalta veloitetaan vastaavasti.
Kaikista vaurioista, jotka kohdistuvat asuntovaunuun sisältä tai ulkoa, veloitetaan täysi korvaushinta ja/tai vaurioituneen osan hankinta-, korjaus- tai kiinnityskustannukset.
Peruutusehdot:
Ei peruutusmaksua, jos tapahtuma perutaan viimeistään 14 päivää ennen tapahtumaa.
50 % peruutusmaksu, jos peruutus tehdään 14–2 päivää ennen tapahtumaa.
Jos peruutus tapahtuu 48 tunnin sisällä ennen tapahtumaa, koko tarjottu summa veloitetaan, koska mahdollisuus vuokrata asuntovaunu menetetään.
Asuntovaunun enimmäiskapasiteetti kerrallaan on 15 henkilöä
Tapahtumat, joissa on yli 50 osallistujaa, vaativat karaokeisännän tapahtuman hallintaan. Asiakas voi nimittää oman isäntänsä tapauskohtaisesti neuvotellen.
Suvilahden ulkopuolella järjestettäviin tapahtumiin asiakkaan on järjestettävä sopiva pysäköinti ja pääsy 240V sähköliitäntään 50 metrin säteellä pysäköintipaikasta. Pysäköintimaksut tai -sakot lisätään lopulliseen laskuun. Asiakas vastaa pysäköinnin soveltuvuuden arvioinnista.
Brändiyhteistyöt, sponsoroinnit tai suuremmat yleisötapahtumat (yli 50 osallistujaa) on neuvoteltava tapauskohtaisesti. Kaikki yhteisbrändäykset on sovittava etukäteen.
Vuokrahinta sisältää sähkön, karaokelaitteet, valaistuksen, savukoneen (kohtuulliseen käyttöön), ja asuntovaunun valmistelun kuljetusta varten.
Yksityistilaisuuksissa, joita ei pidetä lisensoiduilla alueilla, vieraat voivat tuoda omat alkoholijuomansa. Lisensoiduilla alueilla (esim. terassit tai musiikkifestivaalit) vieraat ovat velvollisia ostamaan alkoholijuomat alueen myyjiltä. Pelotonissa (Suvilahdessa) asiakkaiden on ostettava juomat Pelotonista, joka tarjoaa vastineeksi wc-tilat, sähkön ja pysäköinnin. Vieraat tuovat itse veden ja lasit "tuo omat juomat" -tapahtumiin.
KC huolehtii musiikin käyttöön liittyvien tekijänoikeusmaksujen maksamisesta julkisissa tapahtumissa.
Vieraille annetaan käyttöopas KC:lle. Fyysinen kopio löytyy asuntovaunusta.

Julkisissa tapahtumissa KC pidättää oikeuden käyttää CCTV-kameroita asuntovaunun sisällä ja ulkopuolella turvallisuussyistä.
Vuokrauksen aikana asiakas vastaa asuntovaunun turvallisuudesta, erityisesti yön yli tapahtuvassa säilytyksessä. Jos KC:n edustaja ei ole paikalla, asiakkaan on:
Lukittava KC:n ovi.
Suljettava kaihtimet.
Kiinnitettävä lukko vetokoukkuun.
Varmistettava, että yöpymispaikka on kohtuullinen ja turvallinen.
Vieraat eivät saa siirtää KC:ta itse ajoneuvolla. Kaikki kuljetukset, joita KC:n henkilökunta ei suorita, on sovittava KC:n johdon kanssa. Tämä johtuu siitä, että KC vaatii erityistä valmistelua kuljetusta varten (lähinnä sisätilojen osalta), ja ilman valmistelua on suuri riski vahingoittaa asuntovaunua.
Terms & Conditions (English)
A deposit of 30% of the total quoted sum may be required. The booking is confirmed upon payment of the deposit. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final invoice, which will be sent after the event. Payment terms are 7 days.
For smaller events at Peloton (less than €350 quote), payment can be made in advance or after the event. A QR code link to our business MobilePay can be provided upon request for easier payment.
The price includes basic cleaning of the caravan. If specialist cleaning is required (e.g., cleaning of textiles or curtains), clients will be charged accordingly.
Any damages to the caravan, inside or outside, will be charged at the full replacement cost and/or the time and cost of sourcing, repairing, or attaching the damaged item.
Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation fee for events canceled up to 14 days before the event.
A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 14 days to 2 days before the event.
For cancellations within 48 hours prior to the event, the total quoted fee will be charged as the opportunity to rent the caravan during that period is lost.

Events with over 50 attendees require a karaoke host to manage the event and ensure smooth people flow. Clients may appoint their own host, subject to negotiation on a case-by-case basis.
For events hosted outside Suvilahti, the client must arrange suitable parking and access to a 240V main power source within 50 meters of the parking location. Parking fees or fines will be added to the final invoice. The client is responsible for determining if the parking is suitable.
Brand collaborations, sponsorships, or larger public events (50+ attendees) must be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Any co-branding must be agreed upon in advance.
The rental fee includes electricity, karaoke equipment, lighting, a smoke machine (with fluid for moderate use), and caravan setup for transit.
For private events not held on licensed premises, guests may bring their own alcohol. However, for events held in licensed areas (e.g., terraces or music festivals), guests must purchase alcohol from the vendors within the licensed area. For events at Peloton (Suvilahti), customers must purchase drinks from Peloton, which provides toilets, electricity, and parking in exchange. Guests must bring their own water and glasses for "bring your own booze" events.
KC ensures that royalties are paid for music use during public events.
Guests will be provided with an operational guide for the KC. A physical copy is available in the caravan.

For public events, KC reserves the right to operate CCTV inside and outside the caravan for security purposes.
During the rental period, the client is responsible for the security of the caravan, especially if it stays overnight. If no KC representative is present, the client must:
Lock the KC door.
Close the blinds.
Attach the lock to the tow hitch.
Ensure that the overnight location is reasonable and secure.
Guests are not permitted to move the KC themselves using a vehicle. Any transit not conducted by KC staff must be consulted with KC management. This is because the KC requires specific preparation for transit (mainly inside), and failure to do so may cause damage.
